3 Brothers were heavily involved in a substantial renovation of a mid-century ranch home that was in dire need of updating including a new kitchen, bathrooms, opening up a load-bearing wall in two places, painting, new windows, deck refurbishing and flooring. Erick, David, and Adrianna were great to work with and provided excellent service and quality workmanship along the way...and at a fair price!

As a realtor and landlord with lots of experience working with NC contractors (not all of them good experiences), I recommend this team without reservation for your next home improvement project! They are professional and reliable. If there is an important deadline, they will meet it!

To publicly disparage a person or business, when a legitimate, last-minute crisis should be completely forgivable and understandable, is just wrong! 3 Brothers removed a wall in our living room and installed a beautiful support beam. They took off all the popcorn ceilings in our house and removed the carpet on our stairs and installed beautiful hardwoods. They are so great at all their work, they give fair prices and they guarantee their work. Great communicators and a great business. Family owned and family run. Love these guys!!

3 Brother renovated both our bathrooms, installed our garbage disposal, and added an outdoor outlet to our porch. The whole team was amazing to work with. Their prices were super reasonable. They were great at communicating with us every step of the way.

They also went above and beyond by making trips to pick up supplies when my husband was recovering from surgery and when they ran into problems with our old plumping they stayed extra late one night making sure we would have water on for the evening.

We will definitely be using them for future projects around the house!

We recently hired 3 Brothers Renovations to install a wall in a larger room making it into a small bedroom. They were meticulous and clean and we ended up loving our new wall. They had to cut the carpet to make it look like the wall had always been there and they did a wonderful job making it look seamless. Five stars.

I greatly appreciate their work ethic which made them very dependable, pleasant to communicate with and thorough. They deserve to feel proud of the work they do, it is very tidy and accurate.
I really appreciated Adrianna who was always prompt in her assistance, had excellent follow through and made us feel good about trusting the project would turn out great.
I appreciated that Erick and David brought me questions a couple times during the project to ask for our preferences and so the work turned out as we wished.

During the initial assessment, they were very thorough, taking the time to physically and visually inspect the whole exterior (with some other folks, it was over in 5 minutes and I had to point out to them problem areas they had missed). Adriana promptly sent me an estimate that was detailed and comprehensive. As things came up during the work (for example, rotting pieces of soffit and fascia only detectable once the gutters were off), Erick always communicated the issue and showed me the spots if I was home before proceeding, which I really appreciated. Not only does the house look great, but I also dont have to worry about any lingering water damage that would probably have been missed by others. Thank you for taking good care of my house!

We needed some work done to our 35 year old house. Our Neighbor recommended 3 Brothers. We could not have been happier, with their reasonable pricing and attention to detail in their work. Erik was very patient as "Mission Creep" extended the project. I would not hesitate to recommend hiring them. I already have discussed other projects that I would like for them to complete. It was a genuine pleasure working with Erik and David. Andrianna, Erik's wife, kept us informed and up to date with the work schedule. They really can get any job I needed done!

In fact, I had a negotiated a lower price, but after seeing the quality of the work, I paid the full estimate price. We had them replace the decking on our front porch and install floating steps, replace the privacy wall on our back deck, remove a popcorn ceiling and repair drywall in one of our garages and remove the bumpout from our living room fireplace. They did it all perfectly. We have other projects that we are going to have them do. I recommend them without hesitation.
